What is the processing and delivery time for orders?

The processing time for orders is typically 1–2 working days. Once processed, delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 working days, depending on the shipping method selected.

What are the shipping fees and conditions?

The standard shipping fee is Rs. 200. However, orders exceeding Rs. 5000 qualify for free shipping. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) options available nationwide.

What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with intact tags. Please note that stitched items and sale items are non-exchangeable.

How can I request an exchange?
